Finally, Select IVONA TTS Engine as your default engine by navigating to Android Settings. Once downloaded, launch the IVONA app to complete your installation.

The setup is a bit involved (you have to set up an AWS account etc), but if it should work for you (unfortunately for me it’s a hit a miss with P2A. Install IVONA Text-to-Speech HQ to your Android device from the Google Play store. $ Amazon Polly: Check out their AWS Polly plugin for Windows (there’s also a thread in the P2A forum about it).
Also note that their current voice versions (V6) are reported to have issues with P2A, but they’ll provide you with the V5 version if you ask, and they seem to work fine I found though that their voices differ greatly in quality when used with P2A (pronunciation and intonation with ATC lingo), so you should try them out with specific phrases on their demo page. I did like the CereProc voices much better, and purchased a few of them recently (they just had a sale during Easter week, and occasionally have others). $$$ Ivona or CereProc: Though lots of people recommend Ivona, I wasn’t impressed by the samples on their website. Although by default P2A can only ‘see’ two of the Windows voices, you can actually get a lot more working by doing some registry tricks (there’s a post in the P2A forum explaining this). Since the latest Google applications update most of the Google applications (maps for example) dont care anymore about the TTS settings and use only their own Google TTS voices.
